Also I see EBT FOOD OR CASH in every Jack in the Box. Stopped going in any fast food that needs a EBT in the window. Knowing that the place is full of coons and beaners.

EBT day here is called "Drug Day." The EBT crew stand at the market walk yah though the store while yah shop and they get .50 cents on the dollar. White trash doing this not negroes. Then its off to see their local dealers.
Food stamps started out good for hungry desperate people then escalated into an anyone who wants them just apply disaster.

ADD: Local guy here who is in prison not related to the stamps has been collecting his deceased grandmothers stamps for the past several years. NOBODY is checking.

I've worked as a meat cutter for 36 years. The job includes the seafood case. If it wasn't for the food stamps & theives nothing would leave that case @ my current location.

So anyhow when I posted about my time as a social worker with dss was to give a bit of background of knowing a tad about the innner workings of the system...Left that rag job in 1998...In every state there is an ARMS unit that is part of Division of Social Services. AUDIT and RECOVERY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS is what I believe that stands for....In delaware we had a couple of bulldogs...Dinkydow would do well at the job. These folks go over cases and look for fraud...once that is done the client not customer as they are called now either has their case closed until the money is paid back or their monthly allotment is reduced until the "overpayment" is recovered. I have turned in two stores here in my ao that were taking cards and giving half back in cash....Several months later store was closed... One double dipper retired air force recovered 1.5 million in two years good man he was. Very little prosecution...Penalty's are not severe enough. I would rather see something at the state level as most of the programs rely on federal funding as everyone knows.

Fast Food joints going to be mad when they lose there EBT customers. I remember when they lobbied to get the rules changed saying homeless people needed to use there food stamps at fast food places since many had no means to cook the food. I thought there must be a great deal of money to be made from this food stamp program if the fast food joints wanted in.

That and DSS started with die ver sity training around 95 or so. The clients were not able to buy prepared food at all...I was still there when we were suppose to start calling them customers what a joke I watched. Paradign shift was a hot topic back then...I watched the rules change...Craziness at all levels.
