You can't go wrong with a processor like that. The last AMD cpu that I used was a 486 IIRC.

Thanks for reminding me about AMD. I bought their stock many years ago for around $8 a share and haven't paid attention to it in awhile. I just looked it up and to my surprise:

I run the AMD RYZEN fairly fast motherboard will take 32 gigs of ram...64bit. I am not a gamer but I do enjoy a few battles on World of Tanks...a ww2 era game.
