Welcome to the site where the owners and members have had it with playing "nice" and being "inclusive" and "tolerant" of points of view that are destroying the fabric of what made this country great. The members here are sick and tired of politicians of all parties lying, deceiving, stealing, and pretending they are doing it all for the good of the country while selling out to special interests who have the set goal of destroying this country. We have had enough of career politicians who use their office only for personal gain, and who refuse to listen to the people who put them in office. The membership is no longer part of the silent majority who play nice and get along while getting screwed by anyone with a loud voice and an agenda. We will no longer allow anyone to piss down our back and tell us it's raining. And we like guns too.

Default Rattlesnake

This was the first rattler i killed so far this year. Walked out my garage and almost stepped on him. Scared the hell outta me. Hacked him with a garden hoe.

Mojave rattlesnake. 32" long without the head. The pictures dont show the color very well, but he is green.

My next door neighbor has had snake problems and skunk problems, but in all the years I've been living here, I have never had a rattlesnake in my yard. A few bullsnakes that I caught and put down gopher holes, but that's it.

I kill a couple a year. This is only like the third Mojave I've killed. I dont mind the bullsnakes at all. I've seen some big ones lately. Around 6 foot.

Nope. New Mexico. Not real common, but weve got them. Its hard to tell them from other rattlers around here if you cant see their head.

Many times those bastards stretch themselves out along door thresholds and along the outside wall of your house and you walk right over/near them.

I had one inside my garden hose reel box and when i went to pull out hose i got the shit scared out of me when it started hissing and rattling

There was this small kind of equipment junk yard on a guys property in the mountains.

Ive stopped at night and walked through it.

There were rattle snakes every where living in there. Ive never heard rattling and seen(with a flash light} so many rattlers in one place.

That was scarey . I almost got tramped in there, there were so many

Yup watched a show on a kid got bit by one. They have the most potent venom for rattlers in the entire world. The most lost the kid gave the poor lad like buckets of anti venom and he still almost died. They saved him though.

Crotalus scutulatus (common names: Mojave rattlesnake, Mojave green,) is a highly venomous pit viper species found in the deserts of the southwestern United States and central Mexico. It is perhaps best known for its potent neurotoxic-hemotoxic venom, which is considered the world's most potent rattlesnake venom.

You got to be careful where you show what you do. Mohave's are protected in some areas. An alphabet organization can cause much grief for dispatching one. I believe they are protected in Az and Ca. Don't know about NM.

Even the dry bites have a potential to get really ugly.
Hope she still went to the hospital.

Killed three of the fuckers here so far (maybe).
Last one wasn't a clean kill, he took a shot through the neck just below the head with my .22 pistol. He swam off, but hopefully to die a slow painful death.

We have seven kinds of venomous snakes in Louisiana.
My area has 6 of them.
Always on the lookout.
