That happens when the server folks are not really good for forums. We had that problem at the beginning so we went with a more expensive provider that specialized in this type of forums.

Good point. My reasons:

1. Black friends, co workers, subordinates and superiors whom I respect.
2. Use of the N word in the workplace is akin to testing positive for heroin. I kinda like my job.
3. The best way to become a pariah in modern society is to openly use the N word.

No tissue needed. Doesn't hurt my feelings. Incidentally my only feelings are hungry and tired.

I kinda like the non PC nature of this forum even if with some of the banter. Refreshing.

I had a black co-worker that was mostly decent; showed up for work every day, did his job... but even he couldn't resist the pull of the DNA and tried to work a mini-Nigerian scam* on me... and I sure as hell wouldn't loan him money like others at my job did (and learned their lesson well).

Poor fella got fired after "somebody stole a package" that he delivered and signed the receiver's name for when they weren't home.
