Do you have any special HVAC going into the room to control the temp of the wines, or will it just be at whatever temp the house is kept at?

I might get some MT wine bottles from somewhere and stick them in the slots for show There is a 5' space in the ceiling above the wine room that has a plywood platform with drip lines and electrical outlet dedicated for this small AC unit.

I filled my wine rack with cheap wines that have cool-looking labels. I don't drink much wine, so it is just for decoration, also.

Heres where im at right now......I built 2 frames to hold false door panels that go on the right and left side of this to cover up a gap in the curved wall that was unusable........I also made up 6 doors that fit inside the frames, carefully trimmed them to fit perfectly inside the frames, sanded them and put on the applied molding's.......this AM i stained the 6 false panel doors as well as the crown moulding so tomorrow it will be ready for me to shoot on the vinyl sealer, sand them , glaze and put on the finish lacquer coats. |

Looking good Buzz.
But I think you're not telling too much about what's behind certain places. That's okay though. What we don't know cannot be dragged out even by torture. |

Yes Czubek......im leaning toward a etched mirror of some kind...I have moulding that goes on to cover up the seams on the arch feature but i cant put it in until the backsplash is finished..i have a lot of stone going on already......I might cover the interior walls and ceiling of this wine room with brick veneer as well....but this is a project for the future.....for now im going to get the back splash made and call it good. |
