Like AWT , I fight the clock everyday, even though
I know it is a battle you don't win. We all have an expiration date. AWT is a runner and a "flyer". Big long jump and high jump. 15 years ago , I could bench 545 , military press 315 , squat a Buick , and body slam 250 lb + men , like I was throwing a rag doll. A handful of injuries , surgeries and age , have calmed down those numbers . Are my still quite high for someone my age ? Yes , they are . Probably a lot more than "quite high". Are they cartoon strength numbers still ? Afraid not.. Do I still fight a battle I know , sooner or later , I will lose ? Yes , I do , and will continue to do so until the Good Lord sees fit to take me. Never quit . Never get soft . Fight it like your life depends on it , because it does... Stay out of harm's way. Journey well. God speed, MERC
