M70 moving along

Well after a few weeks to get the receiver built and cold blued to satisfaction, I finally pushed the barrel and pin back in tonight. The head space checks good, feeds clean and smooth, Ill work on the rear stock tommorow. Wont be long till she gets a nice FCG, and then the once over out back by the woodshed. I really like the feel of the Zastava built guns, every one Ive ever held seems to be heavy built. BTW magnus sure can dance. LOL!

I'm glad your build is moving along

I have and M70 and I don't care for the way it feels when I shoulder it. I think it is the stock angle?

Its gonna be all original finish except for the receiver, so dont fret that none, I agree about the look. Make em look like their suppose to. Good Bluing all around, wouldnt think of doing anything except for the raw receiver which has been blued, Shes gonna be sweet.

The lower hand gaurd has a little play in it, any suggestions on how to tighten??

Now you're reminding me of that damn Magnus ! He's always on my case about the shit not looking good. Magnus, by the way, cannot dance ! He has no where NEAR my mad dancing skillz !

Shes done, and spitting lead like a mad banshee, hooo weee thats a hoot, I love to see how fast a new gun will dump a mag. I wonder how the neighbors feel, Oh well I bet they dont complain to me too much. Ill try to get some pics posted tonight, after I pack for Hotlanta.
