That one just has 2 flaps of metel that needs to be folded together then pull it out of the receiver

Driswald is correct. But don't straighten the ears back after you take it out. Leave them folded together. If you bend them and straighten them too many times the ears will break.
You should be fine just the one time though. I know mine has.
