I made a decent supper
I cooked a pork loin roast. And I made pasta and broccoli in a cheddar cheese sauce. (I cheated and made the pasta dish from a package)
My wife really liked it. I liked the pork roast, but didn't care a lot for the pasta. Actually, I'm not real fond of any pasta dishes, but my wife likes them so I thought I'd make it for her. I'll talk her into making me some peanut butter cookies one of these evenings.

We like a good pork roast here. We get the whole loins and cut them down into about two pound roasts, Sometimes we cut chops out of them for the grill.
