“Call somebody.”? They would tell you since it’s wild animal on wild animal you’d be in a world of legal trouble messing with that bear and you should get inside in case it thinks you are challenging it for the meat. Call saved.
Too bad natural death and quick death are seldom synonymous.

What is the old saying about bear hunting
Sometimes you get the bear and sometimes the bear gets you... |

Just think, if that bear has balls enough to go into a neighborhood and kill a deer, he just might do the same to you. A bear in my yard is in deep shit regardless of who don't like it.

As humane sportsmen, we endeavor to put an animal down quickly. Mother Nature isn't always so kind.

The noises coming out of that deer were rather disturbing for me. Yeah, not a quick painless death.

I have seen that one before .
Only a Democrat would say , "Call someone !!" I agree with BLUNT . The bear may think you're challenging him . A hungry bear willing to go in your yard to eat , will just as soon eat you , your children , your wife , your dog or your cat . If in this situation , and you're not the "Call someone" , you should re-evaluate who you are , and make the appropriate and necessary changes. MERC

Folks here are self sufficient.
This is a huge reason I am a member here. I believe what John Wayne said : "A man makes his own way. " You take care of yourself and the folks around you. Out in the world , folks have a mistaken sense of security thinking someone else is going to take care of them and their families when the SHTF. MERC |
