Apparently NYC Emergency Management has released a video... They are giving instructions what to do in the event of nuclear attack.

I have had "duck and cover," training in grade school.. And then CBR training by the US Army in the late 1960's. I know to don my M16A1 protective mask, replace my steel helmet, and then to hide under my rubberized poncho....safe from gamma rays, and the heat from the light of creation...and the nuclear fallout. So I am ready for, toe to toe nuklure kombat with the rooskies.

The ..."leadership," of NYC has nothing on me......

In 1973 I was working on a job at the Lualualei, US Naval Ammunition Depot at Oahu, HI, and the 'relaxation and lunch' area which was covered, had toilets, etc., also had a number of prominently posted signs made up of stick characters complete with a legend for each; to sum it up, it was a warning that if you heard the siren go off that you were to assume the position and kiss your ass good by...no suggestion of surviving anything...everything was stored there including nukes...my job, though 'interesting' was also classified but they didn't say anything about signage!

Correct address: Naval Magazine Lualualei, Headquarters Bench, Administration Building, Kolelole Road, south side of main quad, Pearl City, Honolulu County, HI...there, I know how to get there but this tells u where it is!
