Do not post links of other forums or unfriendly websites. Even links posted with good intent will often lead to problems. Most large forums have members that they have banned, or members that get mad and come here for whatever reason. And the same thing holds true with members who get banned from our forum or get mad and leave for whatever reason.

When a web address is posted for another forum, almost invariably there will be someone here who doesn't like that forum because of personal reasons.

And the owners of that forum can see that visitors from here were reading their threads, and they can read the negative comments in our forum about their forum. . And that can, and often does end up in a flame fight, and board wars.

Because we have members of this forum who are members of other forums, we want to remain friends with, or at least remain neutral with all other forums.

If I see links to other forums or unfriendly website I will delete the thread or post.
