I cut my older brother a cashier's check for six large yesterday to help settle my dad estate. After giving him five k from my dad's CD account. The will doesn't stipulate I give him anything . But. As a christian I will.My parents left me in charge of the estate as it is because they trusted me above the others. I will be fair with the splitting of the assets. My surviving brother would not. I'm at peace now and doing the right thing. I don't worry about the brother and his daughter that stole thousands of dollars from my dad's money the days after he passed.
