I think you'll like it. I had one years ago... over 15 years ago, now that I do the math. It was my first DAO semi-auto, and I really wasn't used to the trigger. I'm sure you've noticed by now that the trigger is long as a train, and almost as hard to pull. That being said, you can carry it with one in the chamber without having to worry about shooting your pecker off.
I wound up with it in a trade (long story) when I was 15 or 16. My hands were still pretty small, and I was not used to the trigger. I wound up trading or selling it, after failing to be able to regularly hit a standard-sized door with it at 20 feet. I've fired a few more P-11's since then, and they're more than accurate enough for the job.
Small in size, light-weight, more than enough capacity for CHL/CCW, and a cartridge that is up to snuff. What's not to like ??
