I've always liked squirrels for some reason. Even when I used to do a lot of hunting I never wanted to shoot them. When I was a kid we had a snow-white squirrel living in a large maple in my parents' front yard for several years...I guess he/she was an albino but I never knew for sure.

Later when I was living in an old house with some buddies in college we had a bold Gray who would perch on the ledge of an open casement window. We put pretzels & chips on the ledge & he eventually became so tame he'd jump down on the coffee table we had by the TV in that room. We'd put food on the table & he would sit there eating the chips that were bigger than his head, watching tv & just chilling with us.
