ADD: I am reading on muzzle loading forums that some Bass Pros shops carry real black powder but it is not on display you have to ask for it?
Most all are saying fun to shoot the real stuff but yuk super super dirty.
The real stuff is not only more fun to shoot, it performs better than the synthetic stuff. Accuracy is way better with real blackpowder.

Who cares if it is dirty, anyway? Nothing a little hot, soapy water can't take care of. If I'm out in the field, I use Butch's Blackpowder cleaner. All it is is soapy water in a bottle, but it works well enough.
