Steve yah really have to research it well as I see them from $200 to $2,000? I paid $225 for mine a military with heat shield a fixed barrel, notches carved from manufacture 1913. Paid $125 for a bayo for it.
I see them in the NRA magazine and they say their Mod. 97 is worth big bucks? Really gave up doing research on the dang things and just put mine in the closet.
If the action is good and you like the weapon hell under $400 or so then grab it.
Remember now they shoot "2 1/2 in shells." Don't use 2 3/4.
