"Are you feeling lucky punk." :scared: :muttley: But great video and I was super impressed with the penetration of both rounds with the soft points hell even the hollows. Don't think I really would want to get hit with either of them. :yup: |

When in doubt pull your .44 mag out. |
I liked that meat target.....very interesting information.

almost all of his videos are eye openers.
BUT... he doesn't make you sleepy. |
Great video. ...and it's always nice to watch someone who shoots double action revolver well. I recently watched another of his videos comparing .44 magnum lever guns and 30-30 lever guns. That one was good too. I have one or more of all those guns, which made it more interesting.

Guns are Bad...

single action seems to not hurt as bad as a double action. I have a Smith & Wesson model 629 Mountain Gun. And even with Hogue grips the perceived recoil is harder with it than my Ruger .44 Magnum Blackhawk Flat Top. BTW, I took this picture with my new phone. Not too bad. I do need to clean the fingerprints off my gun. https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1739/...2c49301d_b.jpgRuger Blackhawk .44 Magnum 6.5 Barrel by John Danley, on Flickr |

I like the flat shooting, hard hitting round, but I can do a whole lot more with my .44. |
