Let me tell you , they are alert but shit happens. I was at The Sacred Heart Church the big one on top of a hill overlooking Paris and the military was up there, they stopped a woman wearing those drapes all over their body and face, they searched her and sent her back down the two block long stairs, she was not allowed to stay. and I saw this with my own two eyes a couple years ago, so they got their heads off their asses long time ago. There are just too many of them.

I have been to Paris a few times and the famed Champs-Élysées in Paris and the Eifel tower is the first place every tourist including me goes to see. They and Notre Dame cathedral.
