Fresh caught Spanish Mackerel

Boated 11 keepers yesterday. Kept fillets on ice. Gonna grill em all skin side down this afternoon. Can't wait to go again.

Et em all up just a light dusting of old bay with a kiss of maple smoke and only 5min on the grill.......:)
