Stir fry for lunch
 

I was out of brown rice so I had to use white rice but it was still delicious.

Dogs helped me with the leftovers.

If your going to fry your rice when done cooking the rice let it cool in the refrigerator before frying. That helps to dry it for frying so you don't get mushy rice.

I did the same thing the night after you posted this. We had some green peppers on onions that needed used and a round steak that I sliced up. I also added a teaspoon or so of minced garlic to it. Made an awesome supper, will be making it again.:thumbsup:
