1911 Magazines......
I'm looking for 1911 magazines, specifically six, 8 round mags with slam pads. Springfield Armory has them but, at $40 each, that would get expensive quick.
I see Brownell's has 5 pages of different 1911 magazines. Sadly, most of those run right around $40 each also. The lower priced mags, are from companies that I'm not familiar with. Where can I find decent mags, that won't cripple my bank account? Thanks! |
I run mostly Chip McCormick Shooting Star 8 round mags. I believe they go for around $15-$20 on Midway USA. Never had a bit of trouble with them.

Thank you. I'll check there.

Mec-gar makes the mags for Springfield Armory. You just have to pay extra for that Springfield stamp on them.

Interesting - Chip McCormick has re-branded to CM Products.
