Extra Op rod for Rachel
 

Found a decent deal on a backup op rod for the Garand, can't have too many spare parts around.;)

what is a decent deal ?

Dang, I would buy an extra at that price also.

I really doubt you'll need the spare using M2 Ball surplus.

The original M1 Garands had a problem breaking operating rod, they solved the breakage by installing a radius at the point of breakage.

I figured as much, but thought it'd be good to have at least one spare.:thumbsup:

Know what will happen now? Because you have the spare op-rod, it will never break.

Some other part that you don't have will be the one that gives up the ghost.

I need my oprod rebuilt. Any suggestions on who would do a good job?

Always try and find an NM marked rod for shooting. They are the BEST OP rod of any of the series.
